Please make a difference to the lives of people with disabilities and share your comments in a survey to review Australia’s building laws.

As the mother of a 12 year old son, Annette has first-hand experience of the difficulties in finding accessible toilet facilities.

Which is why she’s seeking the community’s support to make a difference by taking part in a survey to review these standards so that adult size change tables and hoists are included in all new large buildings such as hospitals and shopping centers.

This opportunity only comes up every 5 years. The survey is only open until Monday 15 June..So now is a great time to have a say so that all members of our community have access to suitable toileting and change facilities.
