If you’re a school leaver with a disability embarking on the next chapter, you may be interested in attending one of our Transition to Work Student Information days this week.

This program aims to help young people with disability develop the skills they need to increase their independence and participate as valued and active members of the community.

Our Transition to Work Parent and Student Info Day will be held on:

Date: 29th April 2015

Start and finish time: 8.00am to 6.00pm

Location: 3A, Smalls Road, Ryde NSW 2112

Date: 30th April 2015

Start and finish time: 4.00pm to 8.00pm

Location: 3A, Smalls Road, Ryde NSW 2112

We will also be providing information on Ageing, Disability and Home Care Post School Programs which outlines the assessment process, the two programs and the key dates in the final year of high school.

If you are unable to attend the info session at the above location, you can contact our Employment Solutions team to arrange another appointment at any of our Cerebral Palsy Alliances offices near you.

For more information contact Helena Xabregas on 9635 7600 or via email at hxabregas@cerebralpalsy.org.au.
