On behalf of everyone at Cerebral Palsy Alliance, we’d like to say a huge congratualations to ACT teenager, Chelsea Boulding who has published her second book, ‘Oceans Around Australia’, now on sale across Australia.

Chelsea’s mother, Leah, said she was extremely proud of her daughter’s latest achievement, which had brought light to the lives of other families touched by cerebral palsy.

“When you get given a diagnosis, your child has a brain injury or cerebral palsy, you don’t expect this sort of thing to happen. While her body might not work as well as our bodies her mind is absolutely amazing,” Ms Boulding said.
