Peer to Peer Mentoring

A mentoring experience that matches young adults with a disability with their younger peers.

This program aims to support young people with a disability as they transition to high school.

A matched peer mentor is an older teenager who can offer support, encouragement and help your develop confidence and networks for the future. 

Peer to Peer Mentoring is held in Term 4 and Term 1 of the following year.
