You can volunteer as much or as little as you like. We have positions that require different levels of commitment, from one-off events to monthly, fortnightly or weekly volunteer engagements.

You will be matched with a program that suits the level of time you can commit. When a volunteer role has a minimum set time commitment, we will let you know if this applies before you sign up.

We will work with your schedule to ensure that your volunteer role matches your availability.

Most volunteer roles run during business hours, but it all depends on the role Some opportunities do become available in the evenings or on weekends.

No – for you, our clients and the organisation to get the most out of your time it is best that someone knows you will be coming.

While we do our best to place everyone, sometimes it’s simply not possible. So it’s best that you get in early. Please note: we do not take on volunteers under the age of 16 years.

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is a NSW based organisation.Volunteer opportunities are located predominately in Sydney, the Hunter region, ACT, Alstonville, Armidale, Dubbo, Moruya, Nowra, Orange and Wagga Wagga.

You will be reimbursed for any pre-approved out of pocket expenses relating to your volunteering.

We will provide you with a T-Shirt and name badge to wear while you volunteer.

When requested we will do our best to ensure you and your friend can volunteer together.
