We are committed to finding ways of improving current interventions and ultimately a prevention and cure for cerebral palsy. Our Research Foundation is at the forefront of this work and funds research projects, both in Australia and internationally, aimed at improving the lives of individuals today and into the future.

Meal entertainment and venue hire benefits
CPA employees can opt to sacrifice a component of their salary using an Australian Tax Office approved tax-free meal entertainment and venue hire benefit. This is a discretionary benefit that may change at any time.
Superannuation and income protection
Our primary superannuation provider is AMP CustomSuper. Eligible permanent employees who are AMP CustomSuper plan members receive free income protection insurance (conditions apply). Employees can opt for superannuation entitlements to be paid into other complying funds.
Flexible leave options
We offer additional flexible leave options – including purchasing additional leave, family leave days and work life bonus days – to support eligible employees in balancing the demands of both their work and personal lives.
As a family friendly employer, we provide special leave entitlements to new parents in addition to government paid parental leave.
Personal support and counselling
Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a counselling service available to assist employees and their family members in dealing with issues that may affect their personal, family or work life.

A comprehensive introduction

Student scholarship program
Our scholarship program is open to students of a CPA partner University in the final year of their undergraduate or Master’s degree. A maximum of $1,500 will be awarded to successful applicants at the completion of their final clinical placement.
