    A service to help children, teenagers and adults with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities, and their families and carers. We work with each individual - in an age appropriate way - to identify their goals and aspirations and plan their life needs.

    Available: Across NSW and in ACT – services may vary from site to site.

  • Intensive Family Support Options (IFSO)

    An intensive, flexible, in home support for families with a child or teenager with a disability who are experiencing a high level of stress.

    Available: Sydney metropolitan area and the Hunter region of NSW.

  • CP Helpline

    A free, confidential telephone and email support for anyone with questions or concerns about cerebral palsy.

    Available: Across NSW and the ACT.

  • Flexible Respite

    Individually tailored respite programs to give families a break and their child a chance to enjoy activities of interest. Programs include Time Out, Older Carer Respite and the pilot, Relax and Recharge.

    Available: Sydney North and South West, NSW Central West and Orana Far West.

  • MyTime

    Groups for parents, grandparents or anyone caring for a child with a disability, developmental delay or chronic illness. The groups give parents the chance to socialise and share ideas with others in a caring role.

    Available: Sydney North, South and South West, NSW Hunter and Central Coast, and across NSW. A telegroup is also available.

  • Parent to Parent

    A peer support program that connects parents of children with a disability to trained parent volunteers.

    Available: Across NSW and the ACT.

  • Counselling

    Clients of Cerebral Palsy Alliance throughout NSW and the ACT can now access confidential counselling sessions with qualified and experienced counsellors.

    Available: Across NSW and the ACT.
