Our New Graduate Program and benefits package recognises some of the key challenges that new graduates face. The program offers a comprehensive training and support package for your first 2 years with us, as well as 2 key financial incentives, one on joining and 1 when you complete 2 years with us.

Who’s a New Graduate?
A new graduate
is someone who has graduated within the last 18 months with a degree in the allied health field. If you have worked for longer than this, then you are not be eligible for this program. BUT, please check out our other allied health roles as we often have other opportunities on offer.
Our Offer to You Delivers...
$1000 when you start work with Cerebral Palsy Alliance - as a graduation bonus.

The New Grad Grand! $1000
On starting with Cerebral Palsy Alliance, we offer you $1000 to help you start your new career as a graduate.
$1000 can go a long way - to help with transport, a work
wardrobe or setting up home. We hope to offer you a little extra support at this exciting time.
Graduation Bonus
At the end of 2 years working at Cerebral Palsy Alliance, you receive a graduation bonus of $2000 - so you get to graduate twice, once from uni and once from the new graduate program!
We are keen to mark the completion of your first 2 years with us with the $2000 graduation bonus. It may be time to put this towards an overseas vacation, paying off tertiary study debt or further studies. We leave the difficult choice of how to spend it to you!
2 Year Professional Development Package
The aim of this comprehensive package is to ensure that you develop your skills and knowledge in the key areas in which you will be working, at a planned pace. This will be achieved through Cerebral Palsy Alliance’s orientation package and the allied health specific training options. The package aims to support you - through supervision and mentoring with both your supervisor and team leader - to ensure the development of a personalised learning plan, career guidance and regular performance appraisals.
The new graduate peer support forum offers an opportunity to talk with colleagues in a similar situation across the organisation. The forum aims to allow you an allocated time and space to shape your discussions and direct your group, engaging others within the organisation as you feel necessary.
There are a number of team days and discipline specific forums that you will be able to join. As your knowledge of the organisation and your skills expand, so will your ability to more actively participate in the various forums.
